Plenty of room. Loved the big kitchen table, held all of us comfortably. The kitchen could have been bigger, but it worked the multiple decks were great and the near sightings were an added benefit! It was so clean and spacious. Everyone appreciated having their rooms with private bathrooms We all enjoyed the game room and jacuzzi! The views are magnificent and there are multiple balconies to enjoy them from with quality outdoor furniture. Inside, the furniture was also great and the beds were comfy. We were a 3 generation family of 15 ranging in ages from 4-72\. There was something for everyone to enjoy from playing pool, video games. watching movies in the theatre , or relaxing in the hot tub or swim spa. The cabin was large enough for all of us and very comfortable. The views of the mountains were spectacular! We also had a lot of bears visit over the week. We had an issue with the hot tub and the maintenance guy responded right away and resolved the problem. Overall we had a great stay. ##### John W. Great house with space (and bathrooms) for everyone! Enjoyed the hot tub and swim spa. Kitchen is well stocked with two ovens, pots, pans and cooking utensils. (Please add some oven mitts!!). It was in a very central location, close to grocery stores, downtown, skiing, etc. The house itself is gorgeous with beautiful views and the property manager responded quickly to all of our needs. Plenty of room for our group. Views couldn’t be beat. The owner keeps the place spotless. Only a couple issues (minor) that were resolved within an hour. Couldn’t ask for anything more. It was an awesome set-up for 12 adults (6 couples) and 2 teenagers. We were able to capture wonderful pictures with all the great scenery. The cabin’s set up was spacious and everyone felt like they had their own little love nest. The owners and property manager provided wonderful customer service. The house was immaculate and gave plenty of options to spread out, yet enjoy a lot of time together. It is very close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. However, be prepared to climb a very steep, narrow, curvy road to reach the house. I would definitely recommend this property.
