Centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge "close to everything." Enjoy incredible covered decks, a spectacular two sided wood burning fireplace and hot tub. Easy access and ample parking. Ideal for 1-2 families (popular with Bachelor/Bachelorette groups because of 3 King beds and 6 Twin sleeping spaces) 12 person Max) Note: Minimum rental age of 25; I.D. Required. Strict no pet policy. (also see our other newly built cabins: Pinecrest ID# 9462008, Chestnut Ridge ID# 1392992, Sunset ID# 2495242, Woodlands ID#7949921) These are our personal family cabins and rest assured you are dealing directly with the owners. We are a call or text away, which is not always the case with 2nd and 3rd party Rental/Management companies. Sunrise is one of 5 family owned cabins we've built on the mountain and have decided to share on the rental market for all to enjoy. Based on our own rental experiences, we’ve included all the best things we liked in other cabins and designed Sunrise to be the kind of mountain getaway most people envision when thinking of the Smokey Mountains. This mountain home is located in the most sought after area for Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge known as: Chalet Village North on Ski Mountain which is a 10 minute drive down the mountain to center of town. With a 1/2 acre of land you’ll enjoy the space without feeling isolated from civilization. The property is up on the mountain and nestled in gradual wooded slopes. The property has an easy access paved driveway with ample parking for up to 6 cars. A three story, ALL WOOD, property with all bedrooms set up to accommodate adult couples, a full bathroom for each bedroom (2-ensuite and 1 adjacent), a large loft, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, impressive great room with vaulted ceiling, fabulous covered decks you will enjoy year round. All new appliances black/stainless, central AC/Heat, a hard to find Wood Burning fire place (propane and electric just doesn't compare), full size washer/dryer and dishwasher. The private hot tub just off the lower deck. All bedrooms are spacious and have king beds (there will be no arguments over who gets the best bedroom because they're all great). There are two custom made bunk beds in the loft and two custom built twin beds on the lower level (all bunks and twins are suitable for adults). There is a pool table on the lower level. There are 5 smart TVs in the bedrooms and above the fire place, and of course you’ll be able to stay connected via a complimentary WiFi signal (hopefully you won't be working too much while on vacation). There is a fabulous out door grilling area and gazebo with a park style charcoal grill if you desire to grill out side. Our guests have access to all three club houses and swimming pools located in Chalet Village (open seasonally during the summer). We believe Sunrise is the kind of place you’ll want to return to year after year and think of as your own “home away”. This was the perfect vacation rental for our family. It gave us ample space to spread out and do our own thing, as well as places to gather for dinner or games. The cabin was a nice place to relax and enjoy the day or just a quick trip down to many activities. We did two roller coasters. Several hikes and toured the national park.
