Guest Access:

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Entire cabin is for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Located just 3.6 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, the cabin offers a rare mix of mountain privacy and easy access to local attractions. The drive is smooth with paved roads, and the view from your private deck is absolutely unmatched.



Getting Around:

You’ll need a car to reach the cabin. Roads are paved and easy to drive.

While most vehicles are fine in normal conditions, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle year-round for extra safety, especially during winter or rain.



Other Things to Note:

• Guests must be 21 years or older to book this cabin.

• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

• 4x4 drive is recommended, especially in winter or during inclement weather.

• The fireplace is gas and operates seasonally (typically October–March).

• Coffee maker is a Keurig and regular drip—please bring your own coffee.

• The living room TV includes cable; bedroom TVs are smart TVs only (no cable).

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
