Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay. Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin once a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time. Inclement Weather: While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn\`t require 4WD, it\`s advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather. HOUSE RULES & POLICIES Booking Confirmation Procedure: Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.” • Booking Guest must be 21 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#) • Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation • Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed) • Payment must be completed at the time of booking. Very nice property pitched up the mountainside. Wife, kids and I enjoyed all the amenities and the area immensely! Access road to the property may be a little intense for some people but definitely wasn’t super high traffic area. My husband and I didnt leave the cabin during our anniversary trip! We have already talked about booking again. It absolutely is not private or secluded had to do some improvising with curtains on hot tub deck. Seemed like someone was always watching you. The dogs down hill were obnoxious but dogs will be dogs. Don’t get me wrong the cabin was nice theatre room was cool. View of mountains is really limited. ##### Gregory D. Everything was exactly how they described and pictured. No fence for the pup. However, there is a great dog park about 15 min from the cabin. The pool was perfect for our 3 year old daughter who learned to swim during our week there! Truly a perfect getaway and the location was right next to downtown gatlinburg and had a nice grocery story and gas station under 3 miles away. They have multiple cabins on the same hill and it was beautiful at night to see them all it up. Plenty of privacy and quiet location overall ##### Codey t. The location is great, convenient to everything the town has to offer. The movie room is a nice touch if you just want to stay in and relax and watch a movie. The pool is nice and warm. The game room upstairs is great as well. The outdoor fire pit area is fantastic. My kid enjoyed everything this cabin had to offer. Management was in touch from check in to check out making sure our visit was going smooth. Don’t miss out on a great place to stay when you visit. ##### Robert S. For two people you could not have asked for more. If it had any downfall at all it was I did not figure out how to get the pool a couple degrees warmer lol. It’s very close and easy access to grocery store, and centrally located to the Artist Loop and downtown attractions. Quiet neighborhood and small side yard worked great for the dogs. Inside is definitely set up for 2 people. Would like to have seen a dresser in bedroom instead of a coffee bar. We found there was not much space to store things in bedroom due to lack of drawers and hangers. Also there was no pantry space in kitchen, so many items were just sitting on counter kind of in the way. Other than that the small pool and hot tub were relaxing. Did not use the movie room but game room upstairs with balcony was a nice touch. ##### Erin G. Check in was easy and checkout procedures was minimal. We only had one issue during our stay. I don’t usually give bad feedback but on our first night we discovered the shower drain was clogged. This could have been fixed and prevented before our arrival if the cleaning crew would have addressed this and had it took care of. I wouldn’t have even minded if we were told that someone would stop by that evening or night to have the issue fixed and not to use the shower. Sadly to say I got in the shower only to step in dirty soap scum and the water not going down. This was already really late in the night so we couldn’t address this until morning. So my husband tried to get it as much of the hair that was clogging the drain out but even with the amount of hair took out the water still didn’t want to drain properly. We contacted our host first thing in the morning and was assured they would send someone out as soon as they could. The issue was fixed but it was not fun having to shut the water off during each different step of showering so you didn’t have to shower in filth.
