There were 4 adults and 6 kids (all under the age of 5) and the house was perfect. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, close to the downtown area, and the host was very sweet and checked in multiple times. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. If you are staying for an extended time, 5 days plus, there will not be enough toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. There’s a great grocery store, Food City, on the East Parkway, where you’ll find everything you need. Laura was great to work with and did several follow ups to make sure our stay was good. The house was perfect for our family of 8 and provided a great place to explore Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and Great Smokey Mountains National Park. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provided ample space for each couple and the kids, who really enjoyed the video games in their room! The well stocked kitchen was great for cooking breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. We even saw bears every day walking the street in front of the house! This place is amazing. Close to town-we actually walked. It’s not easy to find a place this nice and roomy for parents and our adult children.
