Twisted Branch is a newly constructed 3 level townhouse is located approximately 4 blocks from downtown Gatlinburg. The convenience of level parking and a carport for unloading. This means no need to pay to park or make the winding trip back up the mountain. It’s within walking distance to Anakeesta, Aquarium of the Smokies, Sky Bridge, multitudes of great restaurants, and the excitement of the Gatlinburg Strip. Enjoy sitting on the screened-in or outside porch and listening to the creek. Beautiful views of the mountains and occasional visits from bears. Just minutes from great hiking in the national park. Quiet and secluded but an easy walk to all downtown attractions.
Location isn't the only thing, this townhouse has the feel and looks of a cabin. Twisted Branch has 2 King Beds and 1 Queen Bed. All 3 levels have their own private bedroom and private bathroom. The host was very accommodating and kind. The directions were great. We LOVED our stay! the townhouse is beautiful with a very rustic and warm feel. Everything was clean and the location perfect. I can’t recommend this townhome enough, but don’t book too much bc we will for sure be back :)

This townhome was absolutely wonderful, clean and updated. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 and the kitchen was well equipped for us to make big breakfasts most mornings before heading out. The location is perfect- close to hiking as a few of us went out every morning. It’s also an easy walk down to the parkway for dining, shopping and other activities. We even had a few bear sightings! Would definitely recommend.

Girls Weekend

Property was nice and is in a great location. My friends and I have stayed in this complex before but this condo is a little nicer than the other one we stayed at. We had an issue with the heat the first night but the owner was quick to respond and had it fixed by early afternoon the next day. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful location!

We enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg. This is a cozy property that’s perfect for families that need space to separate at night. The location is fantastic with a easy 10 min walk to the aquarium and downtown Gatlinburg. We were also able to access Pigeon Forge and Dollywood with a short drive. Our family will definitely be back!

Lovely Stay in Gatlinburg

This was a really lovely home, with everything you could think of! Everyone got their own floor, so we slept very peacefully. It is walking distance from downtown, so we were able to come and go easily, and take the shuttle around, which was a lovely surprise. I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Favorite place we’ve stayed!

This little condo has the perfect cabin feel while not being secluded up in the mountains. No need to touch the car, walk to everything but still have the cabin feel. Super clean and so pretty inside. Super friendly host and responded really fast both times we contacted them. We will be booking this condo again next year for sure!

Everything Was Great

We loved the property and its proximity to town. We normally stay at the other end of the strip and actually preferred it here this time. As soon as we checked in and were about to head to town, 5 black bears walked down the parking lot towards the dumpsters. Nice added bonus to our stay.

Comfortable, Clean & Close

This location wasn't a generic decorated place, you could tell that every item in the house was carefully planned and placed. It was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at, not just the usual places but every nook and crannie was spotless. The communication with the owner was paramount . It was close walk to downtown, very close to Anakeesta.

Great cabin feel in town. Very clean and like new condition.

Great place. Very clean. Can walk to town or drive 2 mins to downtown Gatlinburg. We arrived a few hours early. Messaged the owners and they promptly replied and was able to check in about an hour or so early. Highly recommend.

Great place and location

Four adults stayed here and loved it. The location was walkable to town. We loved the cabin feel. The beds were comfortable and the place was well stocked. The host left dish towels, paper towels, garbage bags, TP, sponge, dish soap, snacks, coffee and many toiletries in case you forgot something Including a razor and toothbrush. Many places don’t do this!! Don’t hesitate to book. The place was clean and communication was great.

Updated and clean place; great location

This property was exactly like the pictures, maybe even better than the pictures. It was well-stocked in the bathrooms and kitchen and even had extra toiletries if you happen to forget something important, including plenty of towels. Everything inside the home worked as expected. The screened-in porch and also uncovered balcony were a nice combination for different vibes, and we loved the multiple fireplaces! The location and parking were super accessible to the Gatlinburg strip and we walked to most of everything that we did there, even with small children. I would stay here again if I come back to this area.

Comfortable and Cozy Condo

We really enjoyed this condo which was close to the Gatlinburg strip. We did not walk due to the temperatures. Everything was as described, beds comfortable and kitchen stocked. We especially appreciated the little extras like the snack box and paper towels and dishwashing detergent. The fireplace in the living area gave us great ambiance and extra warmth! I would rent again in the future!

Our week in Gatlinburg

There were plenty of starter items.....toiletries, towels, snacks, etc. Lots to do. More than enough in fact. I briefly spoke to your mom. She welcomed us and said you'd be down on the 4th. Kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed bear watching. Thank you for a great place to relax after a long day of activities in and around Gatlinburg. Cheryle and Bucky T

Great all around

It is a great location. Far enough away from the chaos so it’s peaceful and decently quiet, but maybe an 8 minute walk to downtown. The trolley ride to town is pretty short but the ride back from the aquarium is very long due to the loop it takes. I guess getting on at a different spot would be shorter but we just walked back. It’s not bad at all. House was super cute and comfy.

Nice location, but use caution with toddlers

The biggest advantage to this property is the close proximity to downtown shopping and restaurants. The property is as pictured, but the wooden stairs between the main and lower level is wide open and dangerous for toddlers. I recommend bringing a wide safety gate. The property was definitely not as clean as other properties we have rented. If I stayed there again, I would bring some cleaning supplies. We had a few concerns and after contacting the property manager our concerns were attended to within an acceptable amount of time.

Christmas in July

Perfect location-short walk from main strip; close to the aquarium & Anakeesta. Each bedroom was on a separate floor; there was also a baby gate provided. The lower bedroom was not on the same floor as living room/kitchen and had a “nook” that was perfect for the toddlers pack n play-both big pluses . Super clean. Hosts very accommodating and responsive..
