What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths. 2\. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, and travel/hotel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. 3\. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a griddle, blender, toaster, waffle iron, slow cooker, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular coffee pot. 4\. Do you provide any baby items? – Yes! We provide a high chair, pack n’ play, and baby gates where stairs apply. 5\. Do you provide a grill? – Yes! And it is propane. 6\. Do you provide fire wood? – No need, all of our fireplaces are gas or electric. 7\. Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets. 8\. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay. 9\. Is there a community club house and pool area? – Yes, in Chalet Village, we have 3 community pools and clubhouses. The pools are open from Memorial Day Weekend in May through Labor Day Weekend in September. 10\. Is the price flexible? - We do NOT offer discounts, nor do we eliminate or reduce any of the fees. However, stays of 7 nights or longer have an automatic discount built in of 10%. 11\. When is the second payment due? – 30 Days prior to your stay. 12\. When will I get the address and cabin access info? - Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email after your final payment is made. 13\. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm and you must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure. 14\. How do cancellations work? - Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. 15\. Do you provide travel insurance? - If cancellation is a concern, we do recommend the purchase of Cancellation Protection from CSA (this does not go through us). 16\. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded. 17\. How is the drive up to the cabin? – It is a 8 minute (2 mile) drive up the mountain. The roads are well maintained and paved. However, there are some steeper parts that are "scary" for some people. The driveway is paved and fairly flat. 18\. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. 19\. Is this cabin secluded? –This cabin is perched at the top of a hill overlooking the mountains. There is a direct neighbor to the left. 20\. Was this area affected by the 2016 wildfires? – Yes. You may see evidence of trees and properties that were affected by the fires and possibly hear construction noise from other cabins being built. The photos we have displayed are current and the views are absolutely spectacular! 21\. Where can I book? - We only accept bookings and payments on Vrbo and our "Heaven's Cabins" website. 22\. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide the highest package that our cable provider has. This includes premium movie channels and sports channels, including HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, TMC, Starz, Starz Encore, NFL Redzone, and all the sports Networks. 23\. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited cable internet with Wi-Fi. 24\. Do you ever reduce the stated prices – On occasion, if upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the pricing that you see here. 25\. Kitchen was well stocked. Game room was fun especially for the poor weather we had that weekend. Location is good for trips to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Many hiking trails are also near by. The game room allowed everyone something to do while we were at the house. The rooms were spacious and the great room allowed us all plenty of space to spread out and relax. Beautiful, clean cabin. The cabin was exactly as pictured/described. Check in and out was a breeze. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for all to shower at multiple times. Well equipped kitchen. We had such a wonderful week, from the bear visits, the afternoon thunderstorms to the stunning sunrises. The game room was our favorite during the evening with family and friends. Grocery stores in town had all we needed: Publix in Pigeon Forge and Food City in Gatlinburg. The mountain road to the cabin was interesting…we equated it to driving on a roller coaster. Our F150 may have contributed to this!! We highly recommend this property and will definitely rent again. Thank you Heaven’s Cabins for the use of this wonderful property. ##### Raven A. It was very clean when we arrived and it was set up perfectly for our extended family of 11\. We had planned to go out to eat most evenings and ended up cooking at the house every night because it provided a great place for us to enjoy great quality time together! The kitchen was very well equipped which helped a lot. The outdoor areas were wonderful to relax and enjoy the views. And there was no wasted space inside, we used it all! It was also set up great for younger kiddos with easy to use gates at the top and bottom of the stairways. We definitely hope to come back!! ##### Danny M. Super super nice, fantastic view. Only negative thing and it is a small one there was to many remotes for the televisions. We had an encounter with a bear that tried to steal a piece of luggage. Wanted to stay in Gatlinburg for some time while we were there and this place did not disappoint. It was so nice, had everything we needed, tons to keep the kids entertained the entire time, and the most gorgeous view. We were seriously blown away by the view! Other friends of ours stay nearby, and didn’t have near as good of a view. Also, the host communicated great as we needed things. It was very helpful and kind to take care of us. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out even on a rainy day. The house was very well appointed. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals and we loved how things were labeled, even the light switches. The outside areas were wonderful. We enjoyed the fire pit area and the swings. The house was very clean and the property manager was a wonderful communicator. When we arrived, we noted a broken toilet seat cover in one of the bathrooms and contacted Matt. He responded quickly and arranged to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. The game room and theater space were fun for relaxing. The views from the house and outdoor spaces are amazing. We were lucky to see a couple of bears wandering around the property which was very exciting for the whole family. We were able to safely view the bears from the deck of the house without worry. Beyond Heaven is the perfect name, the views of the Smoky’s is breathtaking. The home is spacious and has everything you could need for cooking, playing, and resting! The bed are so comfortable. The “playroom” on the lower level has everything to keep adults and children alike entertained. Everything in the home had instructions posted nearby so there was no frustration with how to start the fireplace, the hot tub, the fire pit, the grill, the heat/air, the WiFi, game tables, and where the dishes/pots belong. Our group was very pleased with the accommodations and we could not have asked for more other than having more time to spend here! The rental was very clean, inside and out. This home functioned perfectly for our group! Everything is high end and the views are amazing. Loved all the porch space, and the amazing array of fun and games available. The management was wonderful to work with. The only reason I gave less than 5 stars for check in process was that the cleaners were still there for a half hour after we checked in! But the management was nice enough to give us a discount for a mid-week cleaning we wanted, as compensation. A heads up: There's lots of bears in the area, as there are all over that vicinity. We saw one mosey right past us while we were sitting on the porch, and there was another that raided our neighbor's garbage can! Seriously, use the locking system for the garbage cans. ##### Hanna K. I rented this house for my family vacation with our 4 adult children and their significant others. It was absolutely perfect! The house has ample space in every room. The bedrooms have more than enough room and the dinning spaces are perfect for all to sit and have a meal together inside or outside which I loved and appreciated. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would want to make a meal. They even had a large crock pot so I could make pulled pork roast one day. The game room was awesome. It was used every single day and sometimes several times a day. There was something for everyone…card table, pool table, foos ball table, shuffle board, pac man video game machine that has about a hundred different games programmed and a large television with 8 recliners for a movie night. They also had several board games and card games for use which we did use the skip bo. The house sits up on a mountain with exceptional views. We saw bears around the house almost every day which we all enjoyed watching. The club house was near by and just a short drive away. We went there two days. My family used the pools, pickle ball courts and ping pong table and enjoyed the outdoors. The hiking trails are close by and a short drive away, along with Pigeon Forge and the village of Gatlinburg. Lots of stuff to do.
