Cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps up to 4 guests. Condo is located only 1 block from the parkway. You can park and walk to all the downtown attractions, restaurants and the Gatlinburg trail that runs to Sugarland's visitor center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Parking is included in the rental rate so no need to worry about finding or paying for parking in downtown Gatlinburg.

The condo features 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Wi fi is included in the rental rate. The living room and Bedroom both have flat screen televisions with cable TV. Linens, towels, wash clothes, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is included.

1. What Linens are included? - We provide linens for the beds, bath towels, and wash clothes. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you. Please bring your own pool towels.
2. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, Dish soap for dishes, and kitchen trash bags.
3.What does the Kitchen include? - The Kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including a toaster, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, coffee cups, and a regular coffee pot.
4. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances are pets allowed.
5. When will I get the address and condo access info? - Address, door code, and directions are messaged at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date.
6. What time is check-in and check-out? - You may check in anytime after 3 pm and you must check out prior to 11 AM on the day of your departure.
7. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

The condo was very clean and nice and everything was new looking. The bed was super comfy and soft and felt like heaven after all the walking on the strip! Fireplace was nice and warm after walking in the cold and it was so easy to check in and out as well. Looking forward to renting this condo again !

A Great Cozy Space for a Short Stay

This condo unit was nicely decorated with Bears and National Park Signs. You could see the creek and and hear the peaceful rushing water sounds outside the front door. What we best liked about this condo was its location. Most all of the attractions are with in walking distance. We would consider staying here again.

Oak Square is our go-to during our winter visits because of the location and indoor pool. It's a quick walk to the strip from here. The unit was incredibly comfortable and very clean. The decor is top-notch and very well done. Our family of three was very happy here. Would recommend.

Perfect location

Cute little condo in the perfect Gatlinburg location. Comfortable bed and pillows. This is an older condo but the parking is well lit and the property kept very clean. There is construction going on in the outdoor pool area which can be noisy and dusty during the day, and as a result there currently is no hot tub or outdoor pool, but the indoor pool is the perfect temperature and is a nice substitute. For the price it was a great place to stay.

Cozy and a Good Walk Away

We had a great time, it was clearly taken good care of. The shower was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the living room felt cozy. It was an easy walk to downtown, right next to Ober Mountain. It's on the 4th floor (very top) but there was an elevator. Theres no front desk or office which confused us but we were able to contact the owner with no problem. He was very polite.

Beautiful, clean condo in excellent location.

We loved staying in this beautiful condo on River Rd at the East Gatlinburg entrance directly behind Ober Gatlinburg and Bennett’s BBQ. There are several restaurants, shopping spots, and breweries/wineries within a short walk. The complex has outdoor and heated indoor pools. The first thing I noticed after stepping into the unit was how clean it smelled. I could immediately tell that things had been disinfected. The unit is nicely decorated in a mountain decor, and bed is comfortable and extra blankets are available. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future.
