It’s quiet and located within walking distance to everything in downtown gatlinburg. The check in process was easy and the host was on top of it and super friendly even tho I did a last minute booking. The bed is comfy, the ac unit is right outside on the balcony and it is a little loud when it’s running but makes for really good white noise. If you’re lucky you will see a bear in the parking lot.
