We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience in location as opposed to when we used to stay up on one of the mountains with dark, steep, curving roads. It was in a great location. Close to downtown but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The unit was clean and comfy. We really enjoyed all the games that were available. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and listening to the babbling brook behind the condo. Our host Brittany was helpful with setting up the visit and contacting us with all our questions and needs in a timely manner. Property is located just minutes from downtown but is remote and quite. The condo was fabulous!!! It was so clean that it sparkled!! We had a fire every evening. 401 is just like home!!! Our host was so kind and professional…. No problems at all!!! I recommend this condo to everyone!!! We’ve stayed in different ones on different floors…. Our visit last time the fireplace gas was cut off three days before we left! We were very happy with everything. The balcony and creek were awesome and relaxing. We sat out there every evening and morning. The only downside I can think of is for some reason I thought it was closer to the strip than it was. We like to be within a half mile or less and it was about a mile and a half walk or so to get everywhere we wanted to go.
