The highlight is the private balcony with a serene waterfront view of the rushing Roaring Fork Creek — perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Inside, you'll find a cozy gas fireplace (operational October 1 – April 1), a dedicated desk for remote work, a built-in bar for entertaining, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and newly updated appliances. Whether you're here for mountain adventures or downtown fun, this condo delivers comfort, style, and unbeatable convenience.
