Additionally, we’ll also provide you with paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry pods. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, waffle maker, crock-pot, blender, various size pots & pans, a teapot, and a regular coffee pot. BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE! 4\. Do you provide any baby items? –We provide a high chair, Pack-N-Play, and kids place settings. 5\. Do you provide a grill? – Yes. There is a gas grill outside. 6\. Do you provide fire wood? – No need, the fireplace is electric. 8\. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay. 9\. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must checkout prior to 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. 10\. How is the drive up to the cabin? - The roads are well maintained and paved. However, the final mile is definitely steep and can be intimidating for people not used to driving in the mountains! 11\. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. 12\. Is this cabin secluded? – Mostly yes. You will not have neighbors on top of you right next door, but you will be able to see other homes in the immediate area. 13\. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide internet streaming services for all of our TVs. Please note we do not provide traditional cable TV. 14\. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited high speed (800 MBPS) cable internet with Wi-Fi. 15\. I’m trying to book but it won’t let me. The views were amazing as well. We had several visitors from the local wildlife and it was great to see in person. The cabin has a beautiful sunrise view. The place is well stocked. My family, ages 7 months through 74 years old, had a wonderful time. We saw bear(s) every day during our stay. The game room is a perfect place for the family to hangout. Johnny is an excellent communicator which includes great directions to find the cabin. Lots of fun games and stuff to do, well-outfitted kitchen, beautiful views, and multiple large Smart TVs were the highlights. Johnny’s communication was excellent as well. Only nitpicks I could think of would be the 10am check-out and that we couldn’t find the 3rd floor porch light switch, and a few of the lamps on the other porches were burn out.I would absolutely book again! ##### Harrison R. Family vacation with our adult kids (7 of us in total) had plenty of room for both group activities and alone time. Host communicated well to answer questions in advance and make check in and check out easy. Far enough from the tourist areas for solitude but close enough to enjoy them. The cabin could not have been more perfect for our needs. We all had our own space for privacy but also had the fantastic hot tub, game room, and dining area to play games and hang out together. Johnny was a responsive and friendly host who truly cared about ensuring we had a great trip. They even provide an e-book with ideas for the area.This cabin is upscale, beautiful and was in a quiet safe community. Yes, the drive up can be a bit intimidating, but if you take it slow and are smart, it's doable and so worth it. It was a nice escape from downtown Gatlinburg but still easy to access the park and downtown activities. Grocery store not far up the road between Pittman and Gatlinburg. Super happy I could bring my dog as well - but be advised the floors are all hardwood and glossy, my Lab had a hard time walking around without slipping. Still would give 5-star review. The view from the top floor was unbelievable and getting to wake up and see that every morning was really special. ##### William T. Perfect property—everything was so clean, the beds were super comfortable, the views were outstanding. The kitchen was fully stocked. Hot tub was awesome and the kids loved the game room and the giant bean bags. My husband and I played Golden tee and pinball for hours.
