Water pressure is low and hot water was not great. Just hot enough its not scalding. Had a few small issues but they did take care of them. Great walking distance to downtown or you can take the free shuttle. Three stories of stairs was ok, but I'm older and it can be tough. Parking is OK but you do park and block your second car in. Saw bears every day, but one came by our door every day. Cute but scared me the first time. Laundry was nice. The location was wonderful we could walk to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. The property was clean and the beds were so comfy.
