Everything is within very easy walking distance and we saved $100’s by not having to find parking in town every day. It was clean, quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The owner was very easy to reach with any questions before hand. The property is a great size and layout- fromnthe bedrooms to the balconies (yes, we even sat on the balconies during Christmas time because the weather was nice). The decor could be updated but honestly that didnt affect our stay at all! Wonderful place and we would definitely stay here again!!! ##### April P. They are in a very good location and are clean. The one thing about this one that is not a deal breaker but is somewhat of an inconvenience is that it has no TV service at all. There is a smart TV but you have to use your own service/streaming provider. Also, it has poor internet service so that causes issues with streaming without lag/buffering. TV service is not the reason I go to Gatlinburg but after a day out in the park, it would be nice to be able to watch TV without the hassle. ##### John P. We've stayed in several condos in this building and the bldg. next to it over the last 12 years and found this to be the least " homey " feeling. Very little decorations and older furniture etc. Dining room table was very small and did not have enough towels for 2 people in the master bathroom.
