It was a nice size for two adults and we really enjoyed the corner balcony. It was an easy walk to town and I would recommend taking the back stairs if you are planning to go on foot. There is a trolley pick up out the front door and down the street, which is also very convenient. There is a large parking lot in front of the building and it was nice not to have to stress about finding parking. The manager Trevor was very responsive to any questions we had. I'm picky about bedding and mattresses, and I thought that both were perfect. beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised about the size of the balcony. In the photos, it looks smaller than it is in real life. There were 4 outdoor chairs, and the 4 of us spent a great deal of time there. It's great that this unit is on the end of the building.
