Best vacation My family has had in a long time. Everything and everyone was amazing. Definitely my favorite westgate resort. The cabins were spacious, clean and had breath taking views from the balcony. The resort was a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg. Recommend to large groups, family and friends, or a couples get away. Here's the perfect Place to stay.

Amazing Views and Amenities

The 2 bedroom condo was so spacious. We had 4 children and 4 adults, and there was ample space for all of us. The view over Gatlinburg was stunning and the resort amenities were fantastic. We couldn’t have chosen a better location or condo unit for our family vacation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

On Top of Old Smoky

We booked this property in October for a July stay, we expected it to be busy over the July 4th holiday. The booking process was seamless and all of our questions were answered quickly. Several times Ann anticipated our questions and provided answers, descriptions and details before we even asked the question. When we arrived we went through the check-in process; everyone at the property was very friendly. We were escorted to our unit and when we opened the door, all of our expectations were exceeded. The unit was clean, beautiful and had a functional layout. The view of the mountains from the back patio was beautiful and we woke each morning, sat outside with coffee and watched the sunrise. Several of the days we used the waterpark wristbands; wow what a fun place for the kids and you are protected from the sun. Adults have several jacuzzi's to choose from, for relaxing while the kids play on the water slides. We had dinner one night in the Lodge, it was served buffet style and featured a build your own taco bar. They also had hotdogs and other food for the younger crowd. On July 4th we watched Gatlinburg fireworks from our pack patio, it was a spectacular display. Our vacation was memorable and the lodging was wonderful, we would definitely rent from Ann again!

Dream Vacation Come True

This property was everything described and more. The rooms were large and spacious. The balcony view was breathtaking. The indoor water park kept the kids entertained while I researched and invested in the property myself. Best family vacation ever.

July 4th get away

Overall was happy. Loved our view and it was quiet as we were in a stand alone unit. Biggest downside is we rented a unit that slept 8 but ours only slept 6. The answer we were given was to keep calling back each day to see if a larger unit opened up. Eventually we did receive sleeping to fit our family. The person we rented from was amazing though.

Awesome Christmas in the Mountains

The views were AMAZING!!!! The Hot Tub was so nice!!! The staff was responsive and provided many things that were not in the unit. My kiddos loved the waterpark and the snack bar!!! I have to add you can see the Dollywood fireworks from the balcony!!!!!! We loved our time it is a special memory for us.

Fun family vacation.

Property is very nice with indoor water park which is great for the kids on any rainy days. So much to do in the area. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the whole process. Property was very responsive if we needed anything. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks for a great vacation!

Property was just as described. Beautiful views and plenty of amenities. The resort is under construction from the wild fires, so there were was a lot of construction going on. Other than that, everything was perfect. Plenty to do and explore in Gatlinburg!
