You can enjoy a peaceful holiday in the mountains of Gata de Gorgos with excellent views of the Montgó de Dènia and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. On clear days you can even see the Islas Baleares. Enjoy your well-deserved holidays in this villa of 180 m², built in 2006, completely fenced and with a private plot of 600 m². The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in. The Space: On the ground floor you will find a bright living-dining room with direct access to the pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and also connects to the Mediterranean garden. There is a guest toilet. The upper floor houses the sleeping area. A master bedroom en suite and a large balcony with awning. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom with bath and shower. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around. The Neighborhood: This Villa is located on the mountain that divides the towns of Pedreguer and Gata de Gorgos. It is only 13 Km from Dènia and only 6 Km from the fantastic golf course of La Sella. At only 4 Km you have the village of Gata de Gorgos, an area where you will find many craft shops and good restaurants. This area is well known for its handicrafts with the palm tree, a vegetable fabric that they weave into wonderful souvenirs that you can take home as a souvenir and decorate your house with a Mediterranean touch. If you like sunsets then we recommend a visit to the port area of Xàbia. A fantastic place to stroll around and sit on one of the terraces of the many restaurants available. Other Things to Note: Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid. Optional services: \- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person. \- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person. \- x1 high chair for 20€/baby \- x1 cot for 20€/baby \- Price for one dog: €50\. For more than one dog, please inquire. For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival. The bank may ask you to authorise the full payment. This is because 30% of the first payment will be charged automatically, and the second payment will be scheduled to be charged to the same card 30 days before check-in.
