It never changes which can become stale. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. The furniture setting seemed to be an afterthought. One of the sconce light fixtures was directly above where your pillow goes, and kept hitting my head on it. The sofa next to the bed is too large, and seems unnecessary, with a set of bunk beds in the space. The bathroom was nice, clean and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities at the main hotel (spa), were great. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around for variation, which is of course the spice of life.
