Very apartment block "Villa Hiss", renovated in 2022\. In the centre of Bad Gastein, 3 km from the lake, 900 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery 200 m, café 300 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Mozaetplatz" 200 m, railway station "Bad Gastein Bahnhof" 1 km, thermal baths "Felsentherme" 650 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Gasteiner Heilstollen Radon. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bad Gastein Stubnerkogel u.Graukogel, Sportgastein, Bad Hofgastein, Dorfgastein. Hiking paths: Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Please note: The owner does not accept any youth groups. Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Stubnerkogel, Graukogel, Schlossalm and Sportgastein.
