About this property

Villa with swimming pool and exceptional view over the bay of Saint-Tropez

  • Villa of 200 m² on a wooded plot of 2500 m² in the Sinopolis area (Gassin), very quiet location, with private pool (5x10m) + small bath and terrace with exceptional views over the whole bay of Saint-Tropez.
    3 air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with bathroom and shower, a separate shower room, a large L-shaped living-dining room with bay window on the sea, equipped kitchen, 2 WCs, a pétanque court, a table ping-pong.

    It is equipped with an LCD TV, a sound bar with USB key player, Canalsat and WI-FI.

    We can park 2 cars outside and a third in the garage.

    There is also an alarm system in the house with door and window opening detectors.

    The photo of the general view is old, there have been some improvements since, but it gives an idea of the house and the land.
