This quiet village in southern Rügen is surrounded by vast fields, old orchards, and the unspoiled Bodden landscape, which invites you to enjoy walks, bike rides, and relaxing moments in nature.

With just under 110 m², the house offers plenty of space for up to 6 people—ideal for families, friends, or multigenerational trips.

As soon as you enter, you’ll be greeted by a bright, welcoming entryway. From here, you’ll step into the spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen. Large windows flood the house with light, while the wood-burning stove creates a warm, cosy atmosphere—perfect for long evenings after exploring the island.

The adjoining, south-facing sun terrace stretches the entire length of the house. Here you can barbecue, relax, and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The fully fenced-in garden surrounds the property and is a real highlight—ideal for children and dogs, who can play here safely and freely.

Upstairs, three bright bedrooms await you:
– two rooms with double beds and closets
– a lovingly designed children’s room with two single beds

The modern, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower and bathtub rounds out the living space. Another shower room is located on the ground floor—and that’s also where the home’s special highlight awaits: the private sauna, which you can use whenever you like.
