Our beautiful, newly renovated holiday rental—suitable for 4 people—is located in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
This exceptional holiday rental for the discerning guest features modern, high-quality furnishings and offers you plenty of comfort.

You’ll find a spacious, bright living room with a flat-screen TV, a cosy seating area, and a separate dining area, as well as access to a private terrace with a garden.

The fully equipped, brand-new kitchen opens onto the living area.

In the front part of the apartment, you’ll also find the new bathroom with natural light, featuring a large, walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

A few steps further is the first of two bedrooms, which has been furnished with a new, very comfortable box-spring bed.

You can reach the second bedroom via a spiral staircase leading to the basement. It features the same box-spring bed as in the upstairs bedroom—a large window provides plenty of light and fresh air.

The second bedroom also has a new bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

Additional amenities in the apartment include an underground parking space, as well as a washing machine and dryer. This is a non-smoking apartment. A cot and high chair are available upon request!
Pets are very welcome; two cosy, large dog beds and bowls are available if needed.
