The approximately 102 m2 apartment for up to 4 people is quietly located on the ground floor of an apartment building and has been awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV). The center of the apartment is the large, cozy living room with a spacious dining area for 6 people, smart TV and hi-fi system. In the two bedrooms, you can dream away on high-quality box-spring beds and enjoy a phenomenal view of the surrounding mountains. The master bedroom also has a large panoramic window, a Smart TV and direct access to the terrace. The designer kitchen and the stylish designer bathroom with its spacious walk-in shower also contribute to the high-quality feel-good ambience. On the furnished terrace with surrounding lawn, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and meadows. A baby crib and high chair are available if required. The washing machine in the shared cellar of the house can be used for a fee. You can park your car conveniently in the garage belonging to the apartment. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und man fühlt sich auch bei Schlechtwetter wirklich sehr wohl. Schöner großer Esstisch und bequemes Sofa zum verweilen. Die Betten auch sehr bequem und die Riesen Fenster mit Blick auf Kühe und Pferde, einmalig, pure Erholung. Fussläufig Restaurants, Stadt, Bahnhof in Max. 10 min erreichbar. Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an einer Haltestelle zur alpspitzbahn und grundsätzlich ein guter Startpunkt für alle Wanderungen. Riessersee z.B. nicht weit entfernt. Ganz viele Spiele so wie auch Kinderbücher vorhanden. Da die Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss ist und auch grundsätzlich kaum Nachbarn wahrgenommen wurden, konnte der gesamte Gartenbereich genutzt werden. Platz genug, tolle große Garderobe, Spiele vorhanden, bequeme Couch (nicht selbstverständlich), ein wunderbarer großer Esstisch, der zu ausgiebigen Essen und Brettspielen einläd und der Garten topt es (wettertechnisch konnten wir diesen aber nicht nutzen). Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, so dass man nicht nach jedem Essen die Spülmaschine anstellen muss. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ebenfalls hochwertig und was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage und Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern sind großartig. Eine Gästemappe, mit allen Infos auf einen Blick, auch für die Umgebung, würden wir noch schön finden, aber das ist Geschmackssache.
