Fantastic central Zugspitze view with parking lot

  • The core renovated apartment in 2017 on 120 sqm is located in the historic Ludwigstrasse, the most beautiful street in the distance. It offers you a unique view of the entire mountain world from the Karwendel Mountains and the Wetterstein Mountains with the Zugspitze and Alpspitze to the Kramer and Wank.
    The decor is luxurious. Of particular note are the natural wood floors (oak planks) and the modern bathrooms. The living area extends to about 70 square meters and combines living room with dining area and open high-gloss kitchen. There are also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can use a combination of washing machine and dryer.

    You will find a wide range of shops nearby.
    You will feel very comfortable!
    Garmisch-Partenkirchen is located between Munich and Innsbruck. Excursions to the nearby royal castles and Tyrol are easy to do.
