Historical 2-family house, renovated in 2025\. In the centre of Garlenda 10 km from the centre of Alassio, 5 km from the centre of Villanova, 12 km from the centre of Albenga, 10 km from the sea. Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Alassio" 10 km, sandy beach "Alassio" 10 km. Golf course 2 km. Please note: car recommended.  
"A Tenaia", 2-room apartment 60 m2 on 1st floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and air conditioning. 1 double bedroom with (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning.
