8.8/10 Excellent! (1,425 reviews)
Hotel is within walking distance of the Duomo and other sites of interest. Good breakfast with lots of selections. Helpful hotel staff. No usb ports so bring your Italian outlet adapter (or two). Multiple outlets available. Ask for a room off the street as there can be some noise at night. Hot pot in room with tea and instant coffee. Nice decor, bar and restaurant.

8/10 Very good! (932 reviews)
This hotel is conveniently located and a short walk to the Duomo Cathedral and shopping. The staff was very professional and helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed the daily breakfast to start our day.
The only thing I didn't like was that it is a very old hotel with dated decor, and our room had a tiny bathroom! We couldn't even open the door all the way!!!
