The living room has a living area of 50m2, has a sofa bed for 2 additional places and has inside the kitchen with a dining area with a comfortable table. The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the upper floor. The terrace is equipped with barbecue and a table for 4-8 people. The bright apartment, structured on 2 levels, is located in the ancient village of Fornico in the heart of the Alto Garda Bresciano park at 150m above the lake level. From the terrace you have a spectacular view over almost all of Lake Garda and from all the windows you can see the lake. On clear days you can even see the Tuscan Apennines 200km away. Dominating from above in a quiet location, it is very close to the lake. In 15min on foot or in 3min by car you reach the characteristic village of Bogliaco with its beaches and transparent waters. The attic apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated farmhouse. In the same property cultivated with olive trees you have available a reserved parking from which you can download and load the car with ease. Just 100m away, walking through the alleys of Fornico, there is an excellent restaurant with local cuisine. 500m further on you reach another restaurant / pizzeria with a terrace and great views of the lake. In Bogliaco you have the choice of other restaurants around the marina and in the marina. There are minimarket and a food store. A 10min drive will take you to Toscolano Maderno with 3 supermarkets, shops and banks. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung hält was das Inserat verspricht. Lasst Euch morgens mit einem Kaffee wecken und genießt diesen aus dem Bett mit Blick auf den See oder der Terrasse. Was will man mehr. Das Örtchen ist sehr romantisch und hat eine sehr gute Trattoria und ein sehr gutes Agriturismo. Wunderschöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung über zwei Etagen mit Dachterrasse und fantastischem Ausblick. Im Obergeschoss gilt für hochgewachsene Menschen, etwas den Kopf einzuziehen. Lage in beschaulichem Dorf inmitten Ölhainen, mit Wanderwegen vor der Haustür und doch mit guten Restaurants im direkten fußläufigen Umfeld. In 15 Minuten ist man auf schönen Gehwegen auch unten am See in Bogliaco, wo man etwas einkaufen, schwimmen gehen und ebenfalls gut essen kann. Ja, es gibt dabei etwas Höhenunterschied zu überwinden, war für uns jedoch zu vernachlässigen, und ein Aufstieg abends im Dunkeln wurde durch Glühkäferchen begleitet. Ausstattung wie beschrieben, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die detaillierte Anfahrtsbeschreibung war sehr wertvoll. Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz und einer genialen, von uns ständig genutzten, Dachterrasse. Man hört tatsächlich die Nachbarn ziemlich direkt, was uns aber in keinster Weise gestört hat. Nico ist allzeit zugänglich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen und Anliegen. Sind 3 mal zu Fuß an den See gelaufen, sehr gut machbar. Fornico selbst ist sehr ruhig und beschaulich. Bogliaco ist wirklich ein kleines und sehr charmantes Örtchen, wo wir unseren After-Beach-Drink in der netten Bar Pellerino genossen haben. Auch die zwei kleinen Supermärkte im Ort sind für das tägliche Überleben durchaus ausreichend und man fühlt sich willkommen. Gerne wieder! ##### Alexandra S. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sensationell. Grandioser Rundblick über den Gardasee, die beleuchteten Küstenstreifen bei Nacht sind ein zusätzliches Schmankerl. Die Gegend ist, von den Grillen abgesehen, sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Grillen sind aber Nachts zum Glück nicht aktiv. Der sehr saubere Kiesstrand am Hafen ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk und der faszinierende Ausblick über den See, den Monte Baldo, das Dorf usw. ist grandios. In der Wohnung selbst fehlt es an nichts, auch an Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht (z.B. sind genügend Kleiderbügel vorhanden, ebenso wie Haken für Handtücher ect., scharfe Messer, …). La vue sur la terrasse est celle que l'on voit sur les photos. Le village est calme et typique. Bref un séjour agréable. Deux bémols : 1) le chauffe eau "est à l'ancienne" et démarre lorsqu'il à le temps ce qui est un peu pénible mais pas rédhibitoire. 2) l'accès en voiture un difficile (étroit et très pentu) à éviter si vous avez une grosse voiture ou une voiture neuve (gare à la peinture!) heureusement il y a des parkings plus simples d'accès dans le village. Der Ausblick ist grandios und auch bei nicht so warmem Wetter haben wir auf der Terasse gefrühstückt und die Atmosphäre samt wärmender Sonnenstrahlen auf uns wirken lassen. Nico ist bei allem wirklich sehr behilflich und zuverlässig und nimmt sich Zeit. Die genaue Beschreibung zur Anfahrt war sehr hilfreich. Der Gastgeber Nico war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat viele Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, der Ausblick von der Terrasse fantastisch! Die Unterkunft wie auch der Ort vermitteln Entschleunigung und doch allen Komfort, den man bei einem Urlaub in einer geräumigen und geschmakcvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung erwartet. Ein feines Örtchen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist atemberaubend.
