  • This 3 bedroom flat is located close both to the lake and the old center of town in Gardone. Wonderful rooftop infinity pool with lake view. Easy parking.



    This newly renovated flat is located on the ground floor of the building named Villa Alba in Gardone. It has a perimetral private Terrace (covered). The property offers step-free access and a step-free interior, making it easy to move around. High-speed WiFi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, and a television are also available.



    The flat is composed of 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with bunked beds), 2 bathrooms and a bright living area. A baby bed/crib is available upon request. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, also with dishwasher and washing machine. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience.



    On the rooftop there is a beautiful communal infinity pool with a view of the lake. There is parking for 1 car in the garage (small cars only) and several free parking just outside of the property. Air conditioning is available in the living area, bunked beds room and in the hallway (NOT in the 2 double rooms).
