"We absolutely loved this hotel. When we first checked in, we had an obstructed view balcony, I called down to the front desk and they moved us immediately. Anything we asked for, the staff was accomodating. The room was very clean, updated and had everything you could need. The pool area is so nice. I wish people would remove their towels when they were done with the chairs, so others could use them but that is everywhere you go. The food and drinks were pricey, but very good. The location is amazing and the beach service is on point. You just walk down and the hotel has a worker there to set up your chairs and umbrella. The location is also very convenient to bakeries and amazing restaurants. You can't go wrong here. We will definitely be back."

"Un buen hotel. La habitación suite junior espectacular, el personal amable pero poca comunicación entre ellos ocasionando atrasos en servicio o fallas. La aplicación para el estacionamiento un poco complicada. Yo viaje con un perro, no hay area para llevar al perro a sus necesidades. Pero en resumen, buena estancia, buen hotel."

"Everything was nice on our trip until the last few hours of our stay.. We got told that we couldn’t toss around a water football and we weren’t splashing or bothering anyone. That was very odd as they allow floats and rough housing by other families… Don’t know if I would book here again as I thought it was family oriented and don’t understand the concept of allowing certain things in the pool and not others like a small water ball….."
