Rooms were a lot bigger then others in Seoul. Beautiful, lots of space, comfy beds. The property was fantastic. No plug ins by the beds though! The breakfast wasn't included and it was pretty expensive but a very extensive buffet.

Staff was excellent; lobby area was nice with complimentary coffee, tea, water bottles, and cookies. Disposable utensils and plates were also available. The room and washroom was dated. The room was also not sound proof from rooms above and below. There is AC, kettle, and dryer available in the room. The room could accommodate 5-6 guests (Family)

My non smoking room smelled smoky and the building and room was just worn down; no way this is a 4 star hotel; also, no amenities: no gym, no laundry, no legit coffee machine; no bath towels. Plus, the room is cramped; no leg room with the toilet; one redeeming feature is the location; right across from the famous market
