The large shared pool (open 1 June-30 Sept) is a 50 metres walk away and boasts stunning views over classic Tuscan landscape. The property is attached to another but has an independent pathway, gardens and entrances. The west facing sun terrace is completely away from the adjoining property, the east facing patio has a dividing 2 metre high bamboo cane screen separating it from the adjoining property. Both patios are covered and having dining tables and chairs. The medieval hill towns of Volterra & San Gimignano are both 20 minutes by car and are perfect for sight seeing, shopping or dining out. The nearest village Il Castagno is only a 5 minute drive away and provides a local restaurant. Siena, Pisa, Florence or sandy Mediterranean beaches are all just 1 hour away by car (Florence is also accessible by train from nearby Castelfiorentino).
