Pros: Large carpark and wonderful resturant.Very friendly check in staff who offered advise on getting around the city.I would highly recommend
Cons: N/A
Location: We caught the bus into the city centre, the bus stop is right outside the hotel, this was a great way to travel so we could both enjoy
What a wonderful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff.our room was large and very comfortable with large fluffy towels.

Pros: location
We checked in very early (1000) after a red eye flight into Shannon. Staff helped us get in a room and relax. That was appreciated.

Pros: The Breakfast and size of the rooms ... free parking
Cons: Maybe a free local shuttle to the city center for their guests.
Location: not too much around the hotel....
Just a note.... A very nice hotel but a little far from the city center... If you have a car, then I would absolutely recommend this hotel. If you do not have a car,,, I suggest a closer hotel to the city center walking distance to the Quay. I really enjoyed the breakfast... and the rooms were nice , enough room for for three adults.

Clayton gets our top ratin'

Our family two night stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly. They always conversed with our young kids too which made the experience more enjoyable for them. Our family room was clean and was a large size almost like a suite. Breakfast was a well presented buffet style with an excellent range of fruit, cereals and hot food. Bar food was excellent also especially the kids menu. Leisure facilities were clean and well staffed but a little small if hotel is busy. Perfect location as it is just off motorway and yet only a few minutes from city centre at the same time. Could not fault anything.

Easy to find, on outskirts of town

Posted 02-Apr-2016
Pros: Location and amount of parking.
Location: 15 minute drive to downtown where all the action is
Modern, clean hotel, that was easy to find. It is convenient to both downtown Galway and to the airport and is located close to the N6. Ample parking and easy to drive into downtown Galway. Beds were comfy and room was spacious and well-appointed.

Nice hotel, poor level or service, good food.

Tired after a long journey we were given the wrong key cards and sent to the wrong room this was after it taking what seemed an age to sort out our reservation. The wifi was very poor in the room. Food good, room immaculate and decent leisure facilities. The breakfast was the highlight. Waiting staff could try a smile.
