It's just a short (few minutes) walk from our home to the beach walkovers! Beautiful 4 Bedrooms and 3 full baths with so MANY amenities! Beachside Village is an established, premier neighborhood beachside just a few minutes walk to the shore! This home has a soaring wall of double windows in the living area that provide beautiful natural light to the common areas. One of just a couple homes in the neighborhood that has complete wrap around decks where you can walk around the house to the other side! (Check out the "secret deck") as one guest described it! And the yard is 100% fenced.

Neighborhood community beach access points/dune crossovers . Sleeps 14 plus two pack & plays. Fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances including built-in ice maker, plus new GE side by side fridge installed winter 2023 & full size washer & dryer. Professional grade pots and pans and small appliances such as blender, crock pot, toaster, can opener, and both drip and Keurig coffee pots. Some cooking oil and spices provided. Dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer pods, hand soap, sponge, also provided. Margarita glasses, martini glasses, tea & hi ball glasses provided.

360 degree wrap around porches on both levels all freshly stained, including all decks. Outdoor furniture on all decks, rocking chairs and side tables. Overhead and market lights on covered ground level area with charcoal grill, , two tables and cocktail lounge area! Plenty of room to entertain, rain or shine. Great for family/friend reunions or business/church retreats.

Televisions in every bedroom and in living room w/high speed wifi & cable. Sheets, linens, towels, and toiletries provided. Extra pillows, blankets and 3" cool gel pad toppers on every mattress. New Roki TV and new chest of drawers in queen bedroom downstairs. New King size bed in primary suite and new clothes cabinet.

Beach friendly wagon. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Beach towels. Boogie boards and beach toys. Indoor/outdoor games, cards for all ages. Plenty to keep adults and children busy on rainy or inclement days. Also, charcoal grill and lots of seating under house.

Private outdoor shower with hot water and overhead lighting. Green belt access and view from porch and ground level. Ample parking for 5 vehicles depending on size.

Less than 3 miles from the Galveston Seawall where you'll find a wide range of restaurants, shops, and the famous Pleasure Pier. Moody Gardens, the Historic Strand District and Schlitterbahn all within close driving proximity.

We had the best weekend! Beachside Village is an amazing subdivision with beautiful homes and super easy beach access. The property itself is perfect for family and friends. AMAZING TIME!

The house was perfect for a family beach stay with a dog. Everyone loved it and we will absolutely stay again. Owner was fantastic as was her property manager. Really a phenomenal place and stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend this amazing place.

Beautiful Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at the bluebonnet beach house! The listing manager was very helpful answering questions and ensuring we received updates on the house after the recent hurricane. The house was beautiful, and the furnishings were clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend staying here!

Labor Day Weekend

Great rental with plenty of amenities! So many “extras” here, from games for the grandkids to the welcome bottle of wine for the adults! Owner responded very quickly to a concern we had regarding a baby gate at the stairwell, then resolved it just as quickly! Very much appreciated! Wonderful property!

This house was amazing and perfect for our large group. It had all the comforts of home and more, was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was very proactive in communicating with us about any questions we had, even before we booked. The beach was only a short walk away, and the downstairs outdoor patio with outdoor shower (with hot water!) was perfect for grilling and gathering. There’s an additional set of stairs indoors that was wonderful for keeping out the bugs and the sand from the other floors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Love this place

This is are 2 time staying at this house and we just love cozy relaxing atmosphere this home has. It’s just a few steps to the beach with all the amenities you could ask for chairs a wagon sand toys and much more. The hosts are super nice and ez to contact. We had a problem will we were there and the had someone within a hour to fix it!! Would definitely come a 3rd time 😉

Everything was clean. Home was close to stores and beautiful scenery. The ONLY negative was the loud sound the compressor made when the air conditioner came on. We would stay in this same area again!

We had a wonderful time! House was fully stocked with everything imaginable from kitchen spices to toiletries ( ex make up wipes and extra toothbrushes), and beach gear/beach toys. Lone Star Rally 2023

This property is a perfect location! Not too far from the heart of Galveston but just enough to enjoy the ride and the ocean view. We did have some concerns where our bike trailer could be stored (with other homes allowing them) but we went ahead and parked on Sea Butterfly with plenty of room and within eyesight of the home. This home has such a great vibe and everyone enjoyed the weekend here!

OUTSTANDING!!!!!

We have stayed at many rental properties in Galveston. This is by far the best. The best in every category… Proximity, cleanliness, host friendliness, and accessibility, and a beautiful property. It just could not have gone more smoothly. There were six of us and plenty of space. Plenty of activities provided by the home and more supplies and we could’ve ever used. I just can’t say enough good about it. We will absolutely be back. We also had dogs on our trip. The property was extremely conducive to traveling with dogs. The fenced in yard was a complete blessing. I would go so far as to say our accommodations made the trip a huge success.

Great Place (but Didn't Work For Us)

We had 7 in our group plus pups for 6 days. The Host HAS done an EXCELLENT job stocking this house with all you will need - an abundance of beach items, kitchen has more dishware and cookware than needed; and every other often needed item (irons, pack n plays, pillows, indoor games etc.) No "doggie" smell - none at all so a big THANK YOU for allowing pets and keeping the home so odor free! Down side - almost over-providing at the expense of the guest. On main level, neither of the two BRs had usable closet space at all (one was completely blocked by bunk beds and the other was FULL of baby items). None of the BRs had dressers and are on the small side so spending a week having to live out of the suitcases in the little available floor space was not the best. Not a big deal if just staying 1-2 nights but after a 5 nights it gets old. Compounding this, the home has been optimized to allow for 12-14 guests - squeezing Bunks and Trundles into little BRs, completely blocking the deck access in one (that is a NO-NO). With only 1 indoor living area, there really was nowhere to "escape" to. The pantry was so full of dishes and no proper shelving - nowhere to unload groceries. Shades are needed in upper windows to help A/C work. Lower patio is awesome but with 100F+ days it needed ceiling fans. Fridge not as pictured. This is a lovely family home, albeit aged, but is not caliber beach destination that we seek. All that said we had great time and appreciate the Host/home!

Great Weekend!

The house was so clean and beautiful. My family really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and the garage was well stocked with chairs and toys and just about anything you could want for the beach. Definitely recommend this place!
