Welcome to Texas Mermaid, a charming coastal retreat located at The Palms at Cove View. This inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo with a loft offers comfortable accommodations, beautiful Gulf views, and thoughtful spaces designed for relaxing and enjoying your island getaway.

RELAX AND UNWIND -
The cozy living area is the perfect place to slow down after a day of beach adventures. Curl up beside the fireplace with your favorite book, gather around for a family game night, or simply relax and enjoy some downtime in your comfortable home away from home. One of the highlights of Texas Mermaid is the opportunity to enjoy not one, but two private balconies. The first balcony is located just off the living area and features a bistro table, making it a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, an outdoor meal, or a quiet moment in the fresh coastal air. The second balcony is conveniently located off the bedroom and offers beautiful Gulf views. Step outside in the morning to take in the scenery or unwind in the evening as you enjoy the coastal surroundings.

COMFORTABLE SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS -
The primary bedroom provides a comfortable king-size bed, creating a peaceful retreat where you can relax and recharge after a day of exploring the island.
For additional sleeping space, the loft overlooks the living area and features a full-size bed. The loft is a fun and flexible space that can comfortably accommodate either kids or adults while giving guests a unique view of the living area below.

DINING AND ENTERTAINING -
When you're ready to gather for a meal, the dining area provides seating for four, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The open layout makes it easy to stay connected while preparing meals, dining, or relaxing together. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for those nights when you prefer to dine in. Prepare a leisurely breakfast before heading to the beach, make dinner for the family, or simply grab a quick snack before heading out for the evening. If you decide to enjoy a meal away from home, the Sea Horse Grill is just a short walk away, making it convenient to grab a bite without having to travel far.

A BEAUTIFUL BATHROOM -
The bathroom features a beautiful custom walk-in shower, providing a comfortable and refreshing space to get ready for the day or unwind after spending time in the sun.
For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the laundry room within the bedroom, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay.

ENJOY THE PALMS AT COVE VIEW -
The Palms at Cove View offers a convenient location for enjoying everything the island has to offer. With many nearby Beach Park entrances, it's easy to access the beach and spend your days enjoying the Gulf, sunshine, and coastal atmosphere. When you're ready for a break from the beach, head back to the property and enjoy the community pool. Take a refreshing swim, relax poolside, or simply soak up the sunshine while enjoying some well-deserved vacation downtime.

Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a relaxing trip with friends, Texas Mermaid offers a comfortable and inviting home base for your Galveston adventure. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, take in the Gulf views from the bedroom balcony, spend the day exploring the beach, and return home to a cozy living room and welcoming space where you can relax. At Texas Mermaid, your next coastal memory is just a stay away.

Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets with approval, contact our office for more information. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lbs limit. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. Pet vaccination/records are required. No cats allowed. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.

There is a $40 resort fee which is included in the Admin fee being paid at time of reservation. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. You must provide a valid state issued identification for all Guests over the age of 18.
