Located in the Pointe West subdivision of Galveston Island, you’re just a short drive from the beach. Head out to the east end to visit downtown Galveston, with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. This home offers a quiet beach setting away from the hustle and bustle, but the proximity to all sorts of fun! A convenient home base for exploring everything Galveston has to offer.

● Beach Access: A quick 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to Beach Access Point #39, Glossy Ibis Way

● Community Amenities: Community pool, hot tub, and lazy river. Guests must purchase a wristband from the main office. $25 per wristband for anyone over the age of 4. The wristband is good for the guests entire stay

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway. No street parking.

Welcome to Sunset Point! On the main level of this beautiful home you will find the open-concept main living area is designed for connection and relaxation. The comfortable living room offers ample seating for movie nights, game time, or simply unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, whether you`re cooking breakfast before the beach or hosting a seafood dinner night. The dining area provides seating for group meals, board games, or planning the next day’s adventures.

The master suite is on this main level and is equipped with a King-sized bed. Head upstairs to find two more bedrooms and a well appointed game room area for the kids in the group. Bedroom 2 boasts another king bed and Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds, a twin-over-twin bunk and a Full-over-full bunk with additional twin mattress. The game room area has additional sleeping of a twin-over-full bunk with an additional twin mattress.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed
- No parking allowed on empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
