Premier location on the TOP level (3RD FLOOR), which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from the living or dining space in this open floor plan condo or when relaxing on the spacious, shaded and private balcony. Conveniently positioned, it is just a short walk to the Beach Club where you can take advantage of all the amenities offered. This condo offers: a king bed in the master, a second bedroom with a queen bed and full size sleeper sofa in the living room. All rooms nicely appointed, and a fully equipped kitchen. A storage locker is provided with this unit upstairs near front door. Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds. RESORT AMENITIES & FEE: Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase. The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner. The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. \*Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.
