Just a block from the best restaurants, bars and shopping on the Island, the location cannot be beat. With a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a full sleeper sofa in the living room, the loft comfortably sleeps up to 3 people. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS! ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\. ● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present. ● Beach Access: Less than a 4-minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall. ● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. I had to park around the corner most of the time and was approached by shady individuals in the evening on two occasions. Would not recommend for single female. Some of the bicycles were in disrepair with seats missing and no locks available.
