Fall beach house break

Loved the spacious kitchen, dining and living. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their privacy. Close to the beach!!!

The good and the bad.

The location was nice with great view and access to the beach and very spacious. Upon arrival we found a chair was broken (not a big deal) but not having access to utilize the washer and dryer AND adjust the air conditioner settings was aggravating. We reach out to ask for the temperature to be lowered just for the nighttime and was not accoomdated. Thermostat set at 72° with lock box over and the washer and dryer was also locked up. Traveling with kids and going to a beach is a combination that tends to need a washer and dryer. Other than that, this location was comfortable and nicely maintained.

Great house! There were 7 adults in our group. House was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Think we need to add a couple of notes. We were there for 5 nights and there as only one (1) extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There are two bathrooms with great showers. Thank goodness we had brought our own toilet paper. If you are cooking for a group the kitchen is very limited. Bring your own stuff. Internet was spotty; however, it did foster more family time. Washer & dryer are definitely not available. The house layout is good. There is limited lamp lighting in the rooms. There are 4 bedrooms. Primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed; however, no closet access. One bedroom had a queen bed, one bedroom had a full bed with trundle and one bedroom had a full with a futon. Beach access was great. We had easy access to Galveston proper.
