It was clean and fully equipped. It’s just a few blocks from the beach and had plenty of space for the 10 of us. This house was perfect for our two families of 4 that included young adult kids. All the rooms were big including the kitchen which was great for cooking all together and mixing cocktails. Kitchen has all necessary equipment. Dining room table seated 8 and perfect for game night and meals. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!AC worked well.
