If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine. \- Wristbands must be worn at the pools at all times. They can be retrieved from the front office during office hours. \- Parking passes must be purchased and displayed in vehicles at all times.
