Two bedrooms have queen beds in each, and the third has a set of twin bunk beds. There's an amazing kitchen where everything you need is at your fingertips to prepare all of your own meals - or make popcorn for family movie or game night. The balcony, though........amazing! There are two "half-baths" each with a vanity and commode, and a tub/shower combination to be shared (privately - only with your fellow condo-mates, not PUBLIC) in this condo. Because we manage so many condos at this complex we are able to host large groups - but only 8 may be in this condo at any time. We can help arrange accommodations for family reunions, weddings, college reunions, or any other group you can come up with! (Of course not prom groups or underage activities as we rent to responsible adults 25 years of age or older.) You will have exclusive use of the entire condo - and share the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, tennis court and grounds including BBQ pergolas, fish cleaning station and a multitude of outdoor spaces with other guests and residents of the Victorian condominium complex. You certainly COULD stay here without a car - you can walk to shopping, eateries and the beach, there is public transportation nearby, and there are several local and nationally "branded" taxi services as well as ride share (Uber, Lyft) programs in place as well as meal deliveries (UberEats, ASAP (formerly WAITR) and DoorDash available as well. We provide self check in instructions 24-72 hours prior to arrival - and when you are on vacation - YOU ARE ON VACATION. Should you need to reach us, however, we are but a phone call or email away and ready to assist you. We are happy to answer any questions at any time, but to ensure we give you the correct code we cannot provide access instructions earlier than this. The Victorian complex staff will greet you at their office upon arrival to verify you are a registered guest and collect the Facilities Access Fee that they charge all guests on property which is $35 per stay up to 14 days or $70 per month - and this fee provides you with up to 6 wristbands that identify you as registered guests on the property - codes to the entry gates both drive through and walk-through, as well as codes to access pools, outdoor restrooms, fitness center - as well as up to 2 parking permits valid for the duration of your stay. What's included: Bed linens for all beds, bath, hand and wash cloth for each guest that the unit welcomes. We do not provide beach/pool towels and we do ask that ours not be removed from the condo and taken to the beach or pool. They can get damaged or lost. Starter supplies: 2 rolls of 2-ply, quilted toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a dishwasher tablet, small dishwashing liquid, sponge, 2 small soaps, 2 small shampoos, trash bag, and coffee including sweeteners, stir sticks, powdered creamer to make that first pot. These are not intended to last your entire group through your entire stay - but to get in, get situated and figure out where you will shop for what on the island. The Victorian complex does not allow renters to have a pet – so if you travel with Fido or Fifi – please check out the other My Galveston Getaway managed properties that ARE dog friendly. While true service animals are an exception – you very well may be asked by the complex to provide the verification. For short term rental/vacation purposes – emotional support animals are not considered true support animals and we are unable to make exceptions to a rule that is in place and enforced by a complex in which we manage condos. Kindly be respectful. All properties managed by My Galveston Getaway are 100% non-smoking/non-vaping properties. The home was perfect for our mini getaway. Beautifully located right across from the beach and perfectly located at the front for the condos. The 3 pools were always clean and well maintained. Same for the outdoor showers. We loved our stay here. We recommend putting the fans from the master room into the bunk room to help cool it off in there. Outside of that, the condo was perfectly equipped to fit our families needs. Plus our teenagers loved our stay here. Being so close to everything was a great advantage!! ##### Ashley D. We had to carry everything up stairs which wasn't great but manageable for us. When we got to our door, we quickly noticed the trash chute had trash piled outside of it. The trash chute was two feet from our door. This was Sunday evening around 5 pm. The trash was there until Monday between 11 am -2 pm. There was some black mold on the air vent in the in the living room. On Tuesday, someone from the property mamangement office said a contractor would be by to fix a side table. I called them back to let them know about the mold and that we didn't have a broom. We went out for a little bit. No one called me back. We came back to the condo to rest for a bit. We did noti ed the contractor had been there and fixed the table. Around 4 pm, someone was knocking at the door. It was a lady from the property management office with a broom. She didn't introduce herself that I recall... I was half asleep because we were resting. Just said she was here to give us the broom and told me the black stuff was not mold. It was a leak from the last bad storm they had but definitely not mold. I was confused as to why someone didn't call back to communicate they were stopping by with the broom instead of just showing up. Overall it was an okay place to stay. Our kids loved the pool. Good location in regards to the beach and stores on the same road. Definitely feel it was overpriced in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. ##### Hali B.
