Stroll right onto the beach without having to park or cross the street. Read in a comfy beach chair with your toes in the surf. Make awesome family memories. Share a healthy dinner. Rest your muscles in the hot tub while enjoying your favorite beverage. INSIDE THE CONDO The queen-size bed in the bedroom is comfy with lots of pillows so you can catch up on sleep. There’s plenty of space in the closet behind the mirrored doors. Watch cable TV or most streaming services on the 40” wall-mounted television. Read bedtime stories by the wall-mounted lights in the twin bunk beds built into the hallway. And stow shoes in the drawer below the bunks. There’s plenty of seating for lively conversation or watching the game on the 43” flat-screen TV in the living room. The dining table folds up and sits discreetly by the wall. It folds out to seat from three to six. With just an easy pull and a push, the couch transforms into a cushy queen bed. The fully equipped kitchen’s large island adds counter space and doubles as a breakfast bar with two stools. Cook your favorite meals with the electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. View the Gulf from the balcony overlooking the sparkling Seascape pool, hot tubs, and palm trees. Eat breakfast out there with two sets of tables and chairs and enjoy a drink after dinner. After a fun day making memories, freshen up in the tub/shower combination. EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS Parking is available for one vehicle in the parking lot. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. THE LOCATION You’ll have private access to the beach, a large swimming pool, and two relaxing hot tubs. There are barbecue grills and gazebos too. Drive 5 minutes to Moody Gardens, an amusement park with three pyramids to explore along with ropes course, zip line, aquarium, and paddlewheel boat cruise. Or Schlitterbahn, the indoor/outdoor waterpark with endless waterslides, a surfing wave, and a long lazy river. It was clean and comfortable but needs some updates and TLC from the normal wear and tear (for example: towel hooks on balcony are completely rusted out and barely useable, knobs missing in bathroom, refrigerator shelving loose and precarious, needs some paint touch ups here and there, etc). The easy access to the beach was convenient and the little time we were able to enjoy the pool was great. That being said, the complex’s fire alarm system was set off 5 times during our stay and most of those were during sleeping hours for 15-20 minutes each time. This particular unit needs a few repairs to defend its price. The photos from the listing are deceptive, and that level of wear and tear isn’t expected. The pillows definitely need to be replaced, being sweat stained and very dingy. The front right stove eye did not boil water. No coffee is provided so we brought our own—a heads up would be helpful about that. We had a lot of trouble air drying our things and there are only a couple washing and drying machines shared between a lot of units. Overall, between the inconveniences and disturbed sleep on consecutive nights because of the fire alarm, we will look for somewhere else to stay next time. ##### Rachel M. Check in and out was easy and our room was even available for early check in and a late check out which was nice. I’ve stayed at other beach front places and the access to the beach at this location is a win! I love the private access. I wish they had an option to add umbrellas and chairs to our stay. As far as the condo itself it could use a few upgrades compared to other places I’ve stayed. The door in the bedroom was wobbly and made me uneasy to use the closet space. The water pressure in the shower was low and not something you want after a day on the beach. However, it is a cozy place and exactly as pictured. I loved the scenery and loved the feel of this place. The management responded well to my needs as well if I chose to bother them. This is a place I would consider again overall. ##### Carmen G.
