Never received instructions so I had to text super late that evening. Then when we arrived we were not told the off street parking was super small we managed to fit but a heads up would be have great. It was freezing in the home, so had to figure out where heaters were or if they worked. The stove/oven wasn't working and the fridge was off and warm. When I texted the owners I did tell them not to worry about it but still frustrating when you come with food.As for location to pier it was great. There were issues on the street that the house was located on but that isn't something the owners can control. It was conveniently located near every place we needed to go. Very close walk to the seawall and pleasure pier. Each morning we went out for a run along the seawall.
