Carefully read the amenities. There are NO extras...not even spices in the kitchen. Also, it could use maintenance attention and 2 of the 4 mattresses really need to be replaced. However, it is a roomy house in a great location with plenty of parking. And we were allowed to bring our dogs, which we were very excited about. Salt air does its damage, and it looks like this property has not had regular maintenance, including some of the interior furnishings. One bed did not have a proper mattress pad. The plan of the house and the location were nice, but I would not lease this property again.
