The property and location were as expected. Did not need to contact the owners regarding any issues during the stay, but did contact Ike regarding a couple of logistical check in/out aspects. Very responsive, which was an indication to me the same would have been true had I contacted him with any actual issues. Property was very clean. Coffee and condiments provided for the entire stay was very nice. Location was an easy, quick walk to the Seawall and Pleasure Pier specifically (this is from someone who doesn't walk very quickly).
