We appreciated being allowed to check in early, and the hosts were polite and responsive during our stay. However, there were several cleanliness and preparation issues upon arrival. Some bedding and pillowcases had large yellow and dark stains, and several towels were in very poor condition. The room had a slight musty smell, and we found a dead insect. In addition, the sofa bed was not fully prepared with sheets and pillows, and face towels were not provided.
