With its prime location, modern amenities, and stylish decor, you\`re sure to have an unforgettable stay at League Lofts 303\. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS! ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\. ● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present. ● Beach Access: Less than a 4-minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall. ● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. No working elevator either. However, the place oozes history and personality. Entering our third floor apartment was a complete turnaround. It was gorgeous! Being on the corner of the building gave us plenty of space and view. The beds were very comfy, seating was much more than adequate, water pressure was good, kitchen nice and well equipped. After staying a couple nights in another short term rental which was ok but was a single wide in the country this week, we felt like we were in the lap of luxury.
