Access to three pools, one of which is heated in cooler months, Multiple hot tubs, lush landscaped grounds with pic-nic tables and grills and a fitness room. Other things to note Construction is currently underway at Maravilla; however, it is in the front of the complex and should not interfere with your stay. Booking Requirements Primary guest must be 25+ to book. Security & Privacy A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door. This is the only camera on the property. Parking Parking passes are required for all vehicles. We provide 1 parking pass for the duration of your stay. Additional passes are available at the front desk for $10/day per vehicle. Smoking No smoking inside the condo or on the balcony. A $500 extra cleaning fee will be assessed if this rule is violated. Pets Pets are welcome with a $150 non-refundable pet cleaning fee per stay.
