This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house. You don't have access to the unit 2 porch or front yard.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles in the designated parking spots “1”, “2”, “3”, “4”, and “5”.

• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (800+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the primary bedroom.

• FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a bassinet and highchair, available on-site.

• PETS: We have a no-pet policy.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is with a vehicle. You can park 5 cars at the property in the designated parking spots “1”, “2”, “3”, “4”, and “5”. NO parking in any other spot, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 5 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

• Please note that though the listing shows 5 beds, there are only 4 actual beds. The last “bed” is a high-quality queen-size air mattress.

• This apartment unit is within a property that has another unit. This apartment unit is on the 2nd floor. You don't have access to unit 2 porch or front yard.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
