This home is perfect for any occasion with its open-concept design, expansive living area, and a chef’s dream kitchen. Ideally located just minutes from the Seawall, beaches, and top attractions like Moody Gardens and Pleasure Pier, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Whether for family gatherings or beachside fun, our home offers an unforgettable experience. Please note that we operate a fishing charter business from the downstairs garage area. This space is also available to rent separately for large group events and venue use. Let us know if you're interested in viewing it for consideration. Our charter season runs from June 1st through September. During this time, the owners are often onsite downstairs assisting charter guests, who may occasionally share the parking lot. The owner also keeps his boat docked at the end of the pier and is happy to answer any questions, but will not interfere with your stay on the second floor.
